    Note: Accuracy of the selected coordinate measuring machine should be 1/10 of the tolerance of measured workpiece.

             The machine is equipped with temperature compensation system.

    1. 1. Ceramic beam and main axis ensure the same thermal performance of all axises.
    2. 2. With the static and dynamic analysis conducted by the Finite Element Method, the machine structure could be optimized.
    3. 3. Long term stability is achieved via high precision and hand lapping guideway of three axes.
    4. 4. Clean air bearing guideway is used in each axis, thus ensures friction free and smooth operation.
    5. 5. Prestress wrap-around air bearing is adopted; Y axis guideway is integrated with the bench.
    6. 6. Machine has safety protection function, thus ensures the probe won’t touch the bench when Z axis drops suddenly to the bottom.
    7. 7. Specially designed front end of Z-axis prevents it drops down when the air source is cut off or ventilate again, thus increases the machine safety. Protective covers are equipped on Y-axis and the beam.
    8. 8. The symmetrical bearing design optimizes thermal deformation while the wall thickness is reduced.
    9. 9. Machine assembly in international standard workshop with microporous air supply & constant temperature and humidity.
